About The Position

The Field Supervisor / Personal Care Services role is a full-time, field-based position located in Midland, covering Midland and surrounding areas. The primary focus is to support client care by conducting in-home visits, guiding and training caregivers, welcoming new clients, assessing needs, and designing personalized care plans. This role acts as a communication bridge between clients, caregivers, and office staff, and is responsible for problem-solving in the field to ensure consistent and compassionate care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute for the educational and supervisory experience requirements.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
