Caregiver (Driver) – Flexible 2–6 Hour Shifts
About The Position
Join the 'Best in the Pacific NW' (2023–2025) team! We are currently hiring caregivers with a valid driver’s license who are open to flexible 2–6 hour shifts and comfortable providing transportation, companionship, and in-home care support. This role is ideal for caregivers who want flexibility, variety, and the ability to build their own schedule by stacking shifts. This position offers high demand for caregiver drivers for errands, appointments, and outings, giving you control over when and how much you work with consistent, ongoing client opportunities across the Greater Seattle area.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle (required)
- Comfortable providing care and transportation services
- Caregiving experience preferred (6+ months a plus, not required)
- CNA/HCA preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 200 days
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and communication

Responsibilities
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal care
- Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
- Communicate with the care team and follow care plans
Benefits
- $21.30–$23/hr base pay + $2–$5/hr shift premiums
