Caregiver (Driver) – Flexible 2–6 Hour Shifts
About The Position
Join the "Best in the Pacific NW" (2023–2025) team! We are currently hiring caregivers with a valid driver’s license who are open to flexible 2–6 hour shifts and comfortable providing transportation, companionship, and in-home care support. This role is ideal for caregivers who want flexibility, variety, and the ability to build their own schedule by stacking shifts. This role offers flexible shift lengths, the option to stack shifts, high demand for caregiver drivers for errands, appointments, and outings, control over when and how much you work, and consistent, ongoing client opportunities across the Greater Seattle area.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle (required)
- Comfortable providing care and transportation services
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and communication
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred (6+ months a plus, not required)
- CNA/HCA preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 200 days
Responsibilities
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal care
- Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
- Communicate with the care team and follow care plans
Benefits
- $21.30–$23/hr base pay + $2–$5/hr shift premiums
