Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License, with a clean a driving record
- Successful completion of a drug screen, health screen, and criminal record check (fingerprints) for caregiver positions.
Responsibilities
- Teach, monitor, administer and document individual patient programs including ADL's and therapeutic home programs in English.
- Perform bed, bath, toilet, and chair transfers (up to 20 times per shift) using approved transfer techniques.
- Ensure for the safety of patients, visitors, staff, and yourself when interacting with patients who may have behavioral outbursts, which can include yelling, exiting, hitting, kicking, biting, spitting, scratching, and throwing objects.

- Competitive Pay: Caregiver starting wage of $17.00/hr. Opportunity to earn up to $19.25/hr. within six months through our continuing education program.
- $1/hr. shift differential for those regularly scheduled to work the 3pm – 11:30pm shift.
