Assisted Family Care is a family-owned and operated business serving Nashville, Tennessee, and surrounding areas since 2012. Our goal is to provide care to the aged, ill, or disabled, enabling them to maintain independence in their daily routines within familiar surroundings for an enhanced quality of life. We are committed to hiring enthusiastic and caring professionals who thrive on making a difference. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to assist elderly, ill, and disabled clients in their homes with activities of daily living, specifically hiring caregivers and companions for our Special Needs members. Our clients have a variety of ages and disabilities, including Down Syndrome, Autistic disorders, and Moderate Intellectual disabilities. Service areas include Nashville, Madison, Hermitage, Columbia, Antioch, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville, and Springfield. We offer various shifts, with options for a full schedule or part-time work.

Requirements

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
Able to pass Abuse Registry, Criminal background, and Motor Vehicle background checks
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
