Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience required.
• Experience providing in-home care for seniors, children, or individuals requiring daily assistance.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving and family support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, care, and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Nanny or childcare experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility assistance, transfer support, hygiene care, and personal care needs.
• Provide compassionate, personalized, and high-quality in-home care and family support services.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Participate in ongoing training to continue delivering exceptional caregiving excellence.
