Requirements

Previous caregiving experience required
Experience providing in-home care for seniors, children, or individuals requiring daily assistance.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving and family support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, care, and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
Nanny or childcare experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility assistance, transfer support, hygiene care, and personal care needs.
Provide compassionate, personalized, and high-quality in-home care and family support services.
Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients and families.
Collaborate with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure exceptional care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Participate in ongoing training to continue delivering exceptional caregiving excellence.
