About The Position
At Inspired Living, our Care Partners provide personalized support with daily living, build genuine relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and at home. We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Sun City Center senior living community located in Sun City Center, FL.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
- Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
- Comfortable using basic technology.
Nice To Haves
- CNA or HHA certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for serving older adults.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
- Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
- Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
- Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
- Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
