Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday tasks while helping them remain safe and independent at home
• Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and meaningful interaction
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Support clients in maintaining a healthy and comfortable lifestyle
• Communicate client updates and changes with care managers and office staff
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
