We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / CNA who is looking for a long-term opportunity with consistent hours. As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy: Full Time Caregiver Position: 12 Hour Shifts (8AM - 8PM) 7 Days a Week Available (3 days minimum) Long term case with reliable scheduling! Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience and licensing Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for Additional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
  • Commitment to a minimum of 3, 12 hour shifts per week
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance - must be able to transport clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • CNA certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
  • Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
  • Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests
