As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy: Full Time Caregiver Position: 12 Hour Shifts (8AM - 8PM) 7 Days a Week Available (3 days minimum) Long term case with reliable scheduling! Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience and licensing Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for Additional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement

Requirements

Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
Commitment to a minimum of 3, 12 hour shifts per week
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance - must be able to transport clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

CNA certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests
