About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and competent Caregiver/CNA to provide care for residents. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, and dining. You will also provide escorts, meal and medication reminders, respond to resident calls, and participate in life enrichment activities. Requirements

• Passionate about working with the elderly.
• Punctuality and Professionalism.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Healthcare setting (ie, CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics).
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent care for residents.
• Perform services including bathing, showering, and grooming/dressing assistance.
• Assist residents with dining.
• Provide wheelchair and walking escorts.
• Assist with meal, activity, and medication reminders.
• Answer resident call signals.
• Participate in Life Enrichment activities.
