Requirements
- Valid CNA certification or equivalent training.
- Prior caregiving experience preferred.
- Ability to work overnight weekend shifts (12-hour shifts).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from Beeville, TX location.
- Valid DL and Auto insurance
- Pass background checks and any required screenings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Support mobility and transfers safely and comfortably.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Engage clients with companionship and meaningful activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.
