About The Position

RoseWood Village Hollymead is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our senior living team in Charlottesville! If you're compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others, you do not need to be a CNA to apply. We'll provide the training you need to get started. This role involves assisting residents with their daily routines while providing compassionate, dependable care. We are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and are able to complete required background screening and training. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required. We welcome applicants who have worked in similar roles or have a passion for helping others.

Requirements

• Ability to complete required background screening and training

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
