About The Position
RoseWood Village Hollymead is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our senior living team in Charlottesville! If you're compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others, you do not need to be a CNA to apply. We'll provide the training you need to get started. As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll help our residents with their daily routines while providing compassionate, dependable care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No CNA certification required
- Ability to complete required background screening and training
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Compassionate, dependable and team-focused
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Help with mobility and daily activities
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Respond to resident needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care provided
- Help create a safe and welcoming environment
