About The Position

RoseWood Village Hollymead is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our senior living team in Charlottesville! If you're compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others, you do not need to be a CNA to apply. We'll provide the training you need to get started. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete required background screening and training

• Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Help with mobility and daily activities
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Respond to resident needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care provided
