Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screening
Compassionate, dependable, patient, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

One year of caregiving, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
CNA certification welcomed but not required for all caregiver positions
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus

Responsibilities

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care
Building meaningful relationships through companionship and emotional support
Monitoring residents' well-being and promptly reporting changes
Assisting with medication reminders as permitted by community policy
Encouraging resident engagement in activities and social programs
Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care
Creating a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families
