Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare or caregiving experience
Successfully pass a criminal background screening
Ability to work in a drug-free workplace
Complete required dementia training if applicable

Nice To Haves

CNA or Nursing Assistant certification in good standing (if applicable)
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience with electronic resident documentation systems

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
Provide medication reminders
Assist with incontinence care and changing bed linens
Accurately document resident care and services provided
Follow individualized resident care plans
Communicate effectively with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Encourage resident engagement and participation in activities
Perform additional duties as assigned
