Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old ( or have valid CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Compassion for seniors and a teamwork mindset
- CNA, PCA, NA, Caregiver, or Resident Assistant experience
- At least one year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Dementia training required for Memory Care associates
- Drug-free workplace
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Medication reminders
- Communication with nursing and care teams
- Maintaining a safe, positive environment
- Supporting resident engagement and quality of life
