Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable caring for medically fragile individuals
- A CNA, Home Health Aide, experienced caregiver, or Behavioral Technician
- Able to work independently and follow a care plan
- Has reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Dependability is essential for this position
- Professional, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional care
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the client's home
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor the client's well-being and report any changes
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Offer companionship while preserving the client's dignity and independence
