About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Companion Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home senior care throughout Waco, Hillsboro, Meridian, and surrounding communities across McLennan, Hill, Limestone, Falls, and Bosque Counties. We are hiring for part-time, PRN, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or new to senior care, we provide paid training, ongoing support, and the resources you need to succeed. Caregiving is more than a job—it is a calling. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience preferred
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or senior care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with transfers and safety needs
• Supporting errands and appointments
• Communicating client updates and completing care documentation
