About The Position

This role involves providing basic personal care functions and assisting clients with daily living activities in their homes. The caregiver will be responsible for tasks such as meal preparation, maintaining a clean living environment, and ensuring client safety and well-being. The position requires a compassionate and reliable individual who can work independently and effectively communicate with clients, families, and office staff. The role also involves using computer software and smartphones for documentation and scheduling, and representing the company professionally.

Requirements

• Two years of continuous work experience.
• One year of previous patient care experience; specific experience as designated by work area may be required.
• Be a reliable and effective team player.
• Display ability to be self-directed and show initiative with client care.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when appropriate.
• Understanding and empathetic attitude toward client and families.
• Good housekeeping and home management skills.
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Must have a current and valid Driver’s License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
