About The Position
Family Best Care is seeking dependable in-home caregivers for ongoing client care in Shoreline and nearby areas. This role is ideal for caregivers seeking consistent weekly employment, long-term client relationships, and clear communication with a supportive office staff. A valid Washington Home Care Aide (HCA) or Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) credential is required for this position.
Requirements
- Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
- Current TB test or screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current Food Worker Card
- Valid government issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to and from shifts
- Reliable phone access for work related communication
- Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and complete light housekeeping tasks
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as appropriate
- Provide companionship and client engagement
- Follow the care plan and document care accurately
- Communicate updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly
Benefits
- Pay range: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
