About The Position

Family Best Care is seeking reliable in-home caregivers for ongoing client care assignments in Renton and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for caregivers seeking consistent weekly work, long-term client relationships, and clear communication with a supportive office team. A valid Washington Home Care Aide (HCA) or Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) credential is required for this position.

Requirements

• Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
• Current TB test or screening
• Current CPR certification
• Current Food Worker Card
• Valid government issued photo ID
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts
• Reliable phone access for work related communication
• Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and complete light housekeeping tasks
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as appropriate
• Provide companionship and client engagement
• Follow the care plan and document care accurately
• Communicate updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly

• Pay range: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour
