About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver who is committed to providing exceptional care to clients throughout St. Charles County. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule working with multiple clients, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while making a daily difference in the lives of those you serve. Preference will be given to caregivers who live in St. Charles County to support reliable attendance and a convenient commute.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, sweeping, and dusting
• Run essential errands as needed
• Help clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence in their homes
