About The Position
Spring Arbor Senior Living in Leesburg, VA is looking for caring, dependable team members to join our Assisted Living community. We are currently hiring for Resident Assistant / Caregiver / CNA / PCA and Medication Aide / Med Tech / Registered Medication Aide (RMA) positions. We are hosting a Walk-In Wednesday Hiring Event every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for on-the-spot interviews.
Requirements
- Prior CNA, PCA, Caregiver, or senior care experience preferred
- Active Virginia RMA certification required for Medication Aide / Med Tech positions
- Compassionate, reliable, team-oriented candidates
- A genuine interest in serving seniors
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care
- Help maintain a safe, positive environment
- Build genuine relationships with residents and families
- Administer medications in accordance with Virginia regulations
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Support the care team with daily resident needs
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with documentation
