About The Position

Griswold Home Care has immediate openings for Caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs providing in-home care to clients in Camden County, New Jersey. This hourly healthcare position involves delivering compassionate, quality care in clients’ homes. Openings are available full-time and part-time, including overnight cases. Compensation ranges from $18.25 to $25.25 per hour. Eligible employees can access ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to undergo a background check.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
Monitor clients’ care and report changes or concerns to appropriate parties.
Help prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team.
Follow policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations related to caregiving and client care.
