About The Position

Tribute Home Care is hiring a Caregiver Associate to provide in-home care to clients across MetroWest Boston, including Framingham, Wellesley, Concord, and surrounding areas. Visits are typically 12 hours and may be scheduled during the day or as awake overnight shifts. The role includes personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Caregivers follow detailed care plans in close coordination with Tribute’s care team, helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while building lasting relationships with a small number of clients. Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, during the day or on awake overnight shifts.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Warm communication and listening skills, flexibility with travel and scheduling, and a dependable, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with clients’ daily routines in their homes.
• Follow detailed care plans and work closely with Tribute’s care team.
• Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients.
• Provide care during visits that are typically 12 hours, including day or awake overnight visits.
