About The Position

We are opening in Bethesda and hiring the very first team. Tribute is a private home care company built around the idea that remarkable Caregivers deserve a team that truly has their back. As part of Tribute's first Caregiver team in Bethesda, you will help set the tone for future teams and have a unique level of closeness with local leadership. We are selective in hiring to build a strong community of remarkable Caregivers.

Requirements

CNA-I, CNA-II, CMT, or relevant professional caregiving experience.
Comfort with 12-hour visits, days or awake overnights.
Weekend availability of at least one day per week.
Reliable personal transportation.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Work with clients across Bethesda and surrounding areas, primarily in senior living communities and private homes.
Build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time.
Provide care during long visits, typically 12-hour shifts (days or awake overnights).
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and the Tribute team.
Be dependable and flexible with scheduling.
Show up for every client with the dedication expected for loved ones.
