Requirements

You have a valid CPR Certification, Work Physical, & Negative TB Test in the Past Year?
You have a valid Vehicle with Insurance, & can Reliably Commute to this Job's Location?

Nice To Haves

You have at least 1 year Caregiver Experience or current CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP? (Preferred)
You have Experience with Dementia Care, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Fall Prevention, Incontinence, Hospice? Big Plus!

Responsibilities

Companionship, Conversation, & Activities
Mobility, Stand-by Assist, Repositioning, Transfers
Meal Preparation / Medication Reminders
Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Light Housekeeping
Occasional Transportation - errands or appointments
