About The Position

Boundless Care Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide support to families in San Mateo County. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling based on client needs, offering opportunities in senior care, adult care, or child care. Students are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable, attentive, warm, and professional with families.
• Able to legally work in the U.S. (Valid SSN).
• TrustLine or Home Care Aide registered or willing to apply.
• Valid TB test or willing to obtain.
• Has own transportation or reliable commute access.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with children with special needs is a strong plus.
• Open availability is a plus.
• Bilingual/multilingual is a plus!
• Experience with seniors (including dementia/memory care).
• Experience with infants/young children.
• Experience with special needs (children or adults).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and one-on-one care for older adults in the home.
• Assist with daily living needs such as dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Support safe walking/transfers and help maintain fall prevention safety.
• Assist with meal preparation, hydration reminders, and light housekeeping related to care.
• Provide medication reminders as allowed/assigned.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Follow the client’s care plan, routines, and family preferences.
• Provide nurturing, attentive care for children from newborns to school-aged.
• Infant care includes bottle-feeding, diaper changes, nap supervision, and soothing.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities like reading, sensory play, crafts, and games.
• Follow parents’ instructions and household routines.
• Prepare meals/snacks, assist with feeding, and maintain a safe, clean play space.
• Light tidying after activities and keeping common areas neat after care.
• Monitor child development and share observations with parents when appropriate.
