Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of proven experience in Career Services or Career Coaching.
• 2+ years of engaging teaching experience (in-person or virtual).
• Must possess, be actively pursuing, or be willing to obtain a recognized Career Coaching Certification from an accredited certifying body.
• Strong expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for modern job hunting and high comfort facilitating via Zoom.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, matched with rock-solid organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish an inclusive, safe, and high-energy classroom culture where every participant feels motivated to learn.
• Blend creative instructional strategies with modern technology to deliver an unforgettable learning experience.
• Champion your student cohorts from day one to graduation, ensuring high-quality engagement and timely completion.
• Serve as a trusted liaison and advocate between participants and program funding partners, providing seamless support.
• Proactively monitor student progress, offering timely, constructive coaching to ensure no one gets left behind.
• Maintain precise, accurate records of attendance and progress while upholding program policies with excellence.
