This is a high-performance role designed for stylists who want to grow their career through styling expertise rather than moving into store management.

You will spend the majority of your time on the sales floor working directly with customers, driving revenue through strong outfitting, and creating a high-energy, engaging experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, takes pride in their performance, and wants to grow financially while continuing to focus on what they do best: styling and selling.

Requirements

• Has strong retail or personal styling experience and a proven sales track record
• Is motivated by goals, performance metrics, and personal results
• Loves being on the floor, styling, and working directly with customers
• Takes pride in delivering a high-quality, consistent customer experience
• Builds relationships naturally and enjoys repeat customer interaction
• Thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven, high-energy environment
• Wants to grow financially and professionally without moving into management

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales through strong styling, outfitting, and customer connection
• Consistently meet and exceed personal sales performance standards and Key Performance Indicators
• Deliver a high level styling experience for every customer
• Build genuine, long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
• Create complete outfits and wardrobe solutions that increase average transaction value
• Maintain a high energy presence on the floor and contribute to a positive team environment
• Support team success through strong execution and collaboration on the sales floor
• Uphold Purpose standards across sales, service, and customer experience
