About The Position

Provide customer service to employers interested in hiring OSU students and alumni for part-time, full-time employment and internships. Serve as liaison for assigned academic colleges to streamline employer relations for specific majors or industries. Manage employer contacts and activities through the Career Services employer database and online recruitment tools. Identify, recruit, and enroll new employers to hire OSU students and alumni. Lead special projects as requested and assist with other Career Services tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
• One year of related experience (for Career Services Coordinator)
• Three years of related experience (for Career Services Coordinator II)
• Two years of related experience and demonstrated experience toward and applicable advanced degree (for Career Services Coordinator II)
• Superior interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs and tools
• Ability to work within an online customer relations management database

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field of study.
• One year experience in sales, customer service, human resources, public relations, or other equivalent.
