About The Position

OSU Career Services is seeking a dynamic professional to develop employer and campus partnerships that expand experiential learning opportunities for students. In this role, you'll collaborate with employers, academic departments, and university partners to create internships, job shadowing programs, part-time employment opportunities, and other hands-on experiences that help students explore careers, build professional networks, and gain real-world experience before graduation. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Student Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or other related degrees (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date).
• Three years of related experience OR Two years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Ability to obtain CCSP, CCC, GCDF or equivalent certification within one year of start date.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience developing written and visual content in tools like Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage information within CRM and other online systems.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Student Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or other related degrees.
• One year experience in student and career development, education, human resources, communications, marketing or other related field.
• Experience working with customer relations management databases such as Slate and 12Twenty.
• Knowledge of student development, experiential learning, career readiness and/or employer engagement.
• Ability to obtain CCSP, CCC, GCDF or equivalent certification within one year of start date.
