The Keck School of Medicine is seeking a Career Services Advisor to provide comprehensive career advising to medical students, particularly those in their fourth year preparing for residency. This role supports students in exploring medical specialty options, setting career goals, and enhancing their competitiveness for residency programs. Key responsibilities include individual and group advising, developing and facilitating workshops, coordinating faculty advisor involvement, and creating career-related resources. The advisor works collaboratively with the Assistant Dean for Career Advising ensuring successful career outcomes for students. This position offers a hybrid schedule, with three days on campus and two days remote each week.
