The Career Services Manager leads the design, implementation, and oversight of career services programming that supports PPL participants in achieving sustainable employment and career advancement. This role supervises career services staff, strengthens employer partnerships, ensures high quality service delivery, and uses data informed practices to continuously improve outcomes.
