Additionally, the coordinator is involved in student recruitment and support, facilitating access to services, and tracking student progress. A key aspect of the role involves building and maintaining relationships with employers and community partners to identify workforce needs and create employment opportunities. The coordinator also supports program communication, prepares reports, and assists with marketing efforts. Professional growth is encouraged through participation in conferences and maintaining professional relationships. The role also emphasizes fostering a culture of belonging and supporting the college's policies on access, fair employment, and equal opportunities.
