Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a full-time, grant funded Career Pathways Coordinator on our Fond du Lac Campus. The Career Pathways Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and enhancing career pathways within the Quality & Advanced Manufacturing program area of study. This position includes analyzing curriculum, evaluating student success data, and monitoring program completion, graduation rates, and embedded pathway credentials. The coordinator will assess credit for prior learning, track transfer outcomes to four-year institutions, and identify trends among students who stop out or switch program areas. This position also includes active engagement with local workforce and community partners. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field, two years’ experience analyzing curriculum alignment, student success metrics, completion data, graduation rates, and credential attainment and experience in higher education, workforce development, or student services strongly preferred.
