Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in social services, human resources, teaching or counseling
  • Ability to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referrals
  • Ability to problem solve and work with a diverse customer base
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Proven ability to exhibit high professionalism, especially under stressful situations
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products with excellent technical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with people
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential data
  • Results-oriented and motivated to take on additional responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Kreyol, Russian or Mandarin a plus
