The San Diego Workforce Partnership is a leader in innovative workforce solutions for San Diego County, funding and delivering job training programs to equip job seekers with skills for in-demand careers. Their vision is to ensure the region has a skilled workforce and every job seeker finds meaningful employment. The Career Navigator, reporting to the Career Center Manager, will provide WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker career services through America’s Job Center (AJC) network across San Diego County. This role focuses on facilitating participant growth and development, supporting core program activities, and achieving performance outcomes leading to job placements. The Career Navigator will also support Client Services and Programs departments, collaborate with internal staff, government agencies, and community partners, and adhere to operational policies. They will be a subject matter expert in public service areas like WIOA, EDD, Department of Rehabilitation, and CalWORKS & CalFresh services. The position requires in-person excellence, tracking performance goals, and enhancing client satisfaction at an assigned career center.
