About The Position
Career Gear is a student-run store providing professional clothing for UPIKE students for various occasions such as campus presentations, grad school/job interviews, or for their first look at a new job. The Career Gear Associate will be responsible for maintaining the Career Gear shop. This includes assisting students in finding the best look and fit, receiving and sorting donations, and maintaining the space as a professional store.

Responsibilities
- Help students select outfits that match their vibe and goals
- Organize and sort donated clothes
- Supervise volunteers
- Track inventory and prepare needs list for unavailable items
- Make sure the store stays clean, organized, and professional
