About The Position
Career Gear is a student-run, student-inspired store where UPIKE students can find professional clothing for campus presentations, grad school/job interviews, or that “first look” at a new job! The Career Gear Associate will be responsible for maintaining the Career Gear shop. This will include assisting students in finding the best look and fit, receiving and sorting donations, and maintaining the space as a professional store.

Responsibilities
- Help students select outfits that match their vibe and goals
- Organize and sort donated clothes
- Supervise volunteers
- Track inventory and prepare needs list for unavailable items
- Make sure the store stays clean, organized, and professional
