About The Position
Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOH) is a holding company of three operating companies in the hydraulic and fluid power industry: Hydraquip — distributor of hydraulic and electrical systems, Gulf Controls Company (GCC) — distributor of fluid power and motion control solutions, and Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT) — manufacturer serving government and defense customers. Together, EOH serves industrial, mobile, and government markets across the Gulf Coast region and beyond. As a 100% employee-owned company, every team member has a direct stake in the company's success. EOH is meeting students at Career Fairs to discuss summer internship and full-time opportunities for recent graduates. Entry-level roles include Sales Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Project Manager, and more, with some technical/engineering-track positions available based on degree. This posting serves as an initial application; EOH will follow up to align applicants with specific roles and locations based on their backgrounds.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract work (for Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT) positions specifically)
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their technical and business needs
- Recommending hydraulic, electrical, or fluid power solutions and configurations
- Supporting quoting, order processing, and technical troubleshooting
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and sales teams
- Learning our product lines and industry hands-on, with structured onboarding and mentorship (EOHI Mentor Program)
