About The Position
Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOH) is a holding company of three operating companies in the hydraulic and fluid power industry: Hydraquip, Gulf Controls Company (GCC), and Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT). Together, they serve industrial, mobile, and government markets across the Gulf Coast region and beyond. EOH is 100% employee-owned, meaning every team member has a direct stake in the company's success. EOH is meeting students at Career Fairs to discuss summer internship and full-time opportunities. Entry-level openings include roles such as Sales Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and Project Manager, with some technical/engineering-track positions available depending on degree. This posting serves as an initial application; EOH will follow up to match applicants to specific roles and locations based on their background.
Requirements
- Students meeting for summer internship opportunities
- Students meeting for full-time opportunities starting after graduation (or sooner)
- Technical/engineering-track positions depending on degree
- U.S. citizenship is required for Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT) positions
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their technical and business needs
- Recommending hydraulic, electrical, or fluid power solutions and configurations
- Supporting quoting, order processing, and technical troubleshooting
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and sales teams
- Learning product lines and industry hands-on, with structured onboarding and mentorship (EOHI Mentor Program)
- For Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT) positions specifically: U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract work
