About The Position
The Champagne Metals Career Development Program is a structured 1–3 year rotational program designed to accelerate your transition from student to industry professional. This is not a typical entry-level role. It's a hands-on, immersive experience that gives you exposure to every major part of our business-from operations and supply chain to inside/outside sales and analytics-so you can discover where you thrive and build a strong foundation for a long-term career. By the end of the program, you won't just understand our business-you'll be ready to take ownership of a role that aligns with your strengths and career goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Curious and eager to learn
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Self-driven and accountable
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Interested in building a long-term career with Champagne Metals
Responsibilities
- Rotate through key departments including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inside/Outside Sales, and Quality
- Gain hands-on experience in plant and warehouse environments
- Work on real business challenges-analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and presenting recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that impact the business
- Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and peers across the company
