Requirements
- Ability to use a utility knife and other hand tools as needed to cut rubber lining.
- Ability to operate small hand tools and accurately read a tape measure.
- Knowledge of proper preparation of tank cars for lining.
- Must list at least last 2 employers in application, if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Will be measuring and cutting the rubber to line the interior of tank cars.
- Ability to apply rubber linings to the inside of the tank car (including stitching and rolling).
- Employees at this level require some supervision.
- Observes all standard safety practices.
- Maintain and complete all required records.
