This is a per diem position and will be as needed. Responsible for providing safe, courteous, and on schedule transportation to our clients.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required
Medical Examiner's Certificate for Fitness to Drive [C-DOTMED] - National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners required
Personal Drivers License (New Hampshire) - New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles required
Patient Transportation Experience 1-2 years required
Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to perform work in a creative, energetic and self-directive manner.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

Follows Care Van schedules and communicates with staff regarding all aspects of clients’ transportation.
Assists clients in a prompt, helpful, courteous and compassionate manner.
Communicates any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate staff.
Ensures that vehicle mileage and maintenance logs are current.
Follows outlined safety protocols in emergency situations.
