Nice To Haves

Previous experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or residential services.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Direct Support Professionals and residential staff.
Oversee the daily operations of the assigned home.
Ensure individuals receive care and support consistent with their individual needs and plans.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and staff retention.
Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Monitor compliance with company policies, state regulations, and applicable care standards.
Support medication administration and health and safety procedures as required.
Respond appropriately to behavioral or operational concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Build positive relationships with individuals supported, families, staff, and community partners.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality-improvement initiatives.
Serve as a hands-on leader, stepping in to support the team when needed.
