The Care Team Manager is responsible for operating assigned homes in a manner that ensures company goals are met, including meeting or exceeding budgets and clinical effectiveness. This role involves supporting and supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring they have the necessary training and skills to provide high-quality care. The manager also maintains the assigned homes and oversees their systems, facilities, and furnishings, assigning repairs and maintenance duties to staff when possible and contacting the appropriate departments for larger issues. Additionally, the Care Team Manager collaborates with supervisors and the clinical team on clinical actions, oversees individual activities and programs to enhance social, emotional, mental, and physical well-being, and communicates with various agencies. They ensure attendance at individual functions and maintain regular interaction in accordance with person-centered plans.
