The Care Team Manager is responsible for operating assigned homes in a manner that ensures company goals are met, including budgets and clinical effectiveness. This role involves supporting and supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure they have the necessary training and skills for high-quality care. The manager also maintains the assigned homes, coordinates repairs and maintenance, and assists with contracting for services. Key responsibilities include collaborating with supervisors and clinical teams to ensure proper clinical actions for the health, safety, and stability of individuals, overseeing activities and programs to enhance individuals' well-being and independent living skills, and communicating regularly with internal and external agencies. The manager must also ensure attendance at scheduled functions and maintain regular interaction with individuals according to their person-centered plans.
